Q: Does your company offer trailer rentals?

A: No, we do not offer any type of trailer rentals.

Q: Do you offer storage?

A:  Yes! We have a secured storage yard and offer yearly storage contracts.  Please contact us for pricing and availability as the prices vary based on the size of the unit.

Q: Is financing available?

A: Yes, we have a Finance Manager working right in our dealership. We have access to many different lenders, and we will work hard to find you the lowest interest rate available.  We can help assist in finding a personalized payment plan the suits your budget.

Q: Do you offer extended warranty contracts?

A: Yes, we offer extended warranty on both new and used RV’s. On new units, extended warranty is offered for an additional 6 years with a small deductible. It is also available on used, but coverage will vary based on its age. 

Q:  What are your hours of operation?

A:  We are open Monday – Saturday 9AM – 5PM.  We’re closed Sundays & Stat Holidays. We are also closed all Saturdays of long weekends expect for the May Long weekend.

Q: Are you open year-round?

A: Yes, we offer the same hours of operation all year. We are closed for an extended break between Christmas and New Years but are open year-round otherwise.

Q: When should I winterize the water system in my RV?

A:  It is crucial to winterize the water system in your RV before the weather drops to below freezing temperatures.

Q: When should I summerize the water system in my RV?

A: When the weather (and upcoming forecasted weather) is no longer reaching below freezing temperatures during the day and night. You should be summerize the water system in your RV.

Q: What should I set my tire pressure at?

A:  All tires have the tire pressure rating stamped on the sidewall of tire. Most times there is also a sticker on the sidewall of the trailer that indicates what the original factory tire pressure should be inflated to.

Q: Do I need a brake controller inside my vehicle for towing my trailer?

A: Ultimately it depends on the weight of your trailer, however, any single axle trailer that is rated to carry over 3,000lbs (trailer and contents), or 2+ axle trailer, requires a brake controller in your vehicle for you to legally tow it.

Q: How do I know what my vehicle can tow?

A: It is best to check in your owner’s manual or consult with your local vehicle dealer to obtain an accurate towing capacity for your vehicle.

Q: If I purchase a trailer, when will it be ready for pick up?

A: Cargo and utility can normally be picked up immediately. Recreational Trailers require a very thorough inspection be performed before pick up, so availability can vary.

Q: What maintenance is required on my trailer?

A: Different types of trailers require different types of maintenance. Please contract our service team and we will provide you with specific requirements based on your trailer.

Q: What does Dry Weight or UVW (Unloaded Vehicle Weight) mean?

A: This refers to the weight of the trailer when it is built by the manufacturer. This weight does not include any additional accessories, propane, water or personal belongings that you are likely going to add before  towing.

Q: Do you service trailers that weren’t purchased from you?

A: Yes, we service all makes and models of trailers, regardless of where they were purchased from.

Q: Do you do perform warranty repairs?

A: Yes, we provide warranty repairs at our dealership, for every type of trailer that was purchased from us.

Q: Do you offer parts?

A: We have a very large selection of parts for all makes and models of trailers. If we do not have the part you require in-stock, our parts team will make every effort to find the part you need, providing it is still available.

Q: What type of hitch do I need to tow my trailer?

A:  Every trailer has a different weight and coupler size, so it best to discuss this with our team to ensure the correct hitch and ball is chosen. We stock a wide variety of hitches, balls, and ball-mounts to accommodate the wide variety of trailers we sell.

Q: What sizes of enclosed trailers are available?

A: Cargo trailer sizes start at 4’ x 6’ and go all the way up to 8.5’ x 48’. 

Q: Do I need to insure my trailer separate from my vehicle?

A:  Yes, you will need to purchase a licence plate or permit in addition to the one on your vehicle. There is also additional insurance that can be purchased on your trailer.  It’s best to discuss available options directly with your insurance broker.
